Usually I bitch about the bad customers. In fairness I thought I'd post this message from one of the nice ones.
I recieved your message about the increased charge for postage for the three books I have ordered from you. I quite understand the reason and expected it, overseas postage would naturally be more. $32 is perfectly acceptable to me therefore I would appreciate it if you would continue processing my order using the new amount. Thank you for contacting me so promptly and if there is anything else please let me know.

This site is one of my hobbies. I genuinely enjoy hearing from people and hate moderating or killing comments. Forthright disagreement is fine as long as it is civil.
