A Thousand Oaks woman who pleaded guilty to a tax fraud charge in a scheme that involved her in-laws and their psychic business is set to be sentenced Monday in federal court in Los Angeles.
Nasta Merino, 23, pleaded guilty earlier this year to one count of conspiracy to defraud the Internal Revenue Service for helping Sonia and Steve Merino conceal income from their "Sonia Psychic Advisor" business in Manhattan Beach
