The head of Bible Speaks Ministries thought two young boys (11 and 12) needed an exorcism to rid them of demons. An exorcism was forbidden so they got a “holy spanking” with a belt he called his “holy rod:”
NEW HAVEN - The Rev. Walter Oliver told cops he spanked two young boys with a belt “with a smile and with love, to direct them to the correct path,” a city police officer told a jury Thursday.
