Alan Keyes: just a slave to logic
Archive: Christian Fundamentalism • Archive: Wearisome Bedfellows
Why Alan Keyes (remember him?) opposes abortions even when the woman has been raped.
“The problem I have is that I’m a slave to logic,” Keyes said. “(What you’re saying is) you are willing to kill a child for its parents’ sins, and that is as wrong as anything can get. I can imagine nothing more extremist in the way of protecting justice than that position. These people don’t seem to operate by logic. They don’t seem to operate by integrity.”

I'm a happily gay atheist. Homophobic, racist comments and conversion attempts are deleted.
Disagreement is fine but hate speech won't be tolerated. Even if you share my prejudices I'd rather you not insult other people who leave comments here.
This is a personal hobby and shouldn't be confused with a more general sort of public forum or chatroom. you'd like to know more about me check about page.
Thanks, Richard
