Mormons baptize Anne Frank
Archive: Absurd Inurbane Witless
Despite a 1995 promise to stop baptizing deceased Jews, the Mormon church has not removed the names of thousands of Jews within its database who were earlier baptized, and a church official admitted that more Jews may continue to be baptized posthumously. …
He said that among the Jews the Mormons posthumously baptized were David Ben-Gurion, Israel’s first prime minister, and Theodor Herzl, the founder of the Zionist movement. Anne Frank, Moshe Dayan and Albert Einstein have also been baptized, critics claim.

Mormons do baptisms for the dead by having a member baptized in the deceased`s name, they baptize everyone that is dead that they can.
Why? Because they believe this will save their souls from “outer darkness” a limbo type place that non-believers go after death, and then they can enter into the kingdom of heaven.
I in no way endorse the mormon church, but thought you would like to know why.

Mor(m)onism is the most Mickey-Mouse religion there is. Where else but in the US could such a blatant scam grow so rich and powerful.

Feel free to share your feelings about Mormons baptize Anne Frank. Please stick to the theme of the entry. Disagreement is fine. Homophobia, racism, and kindred expressions of hatred will be deleted.
This site is one of my hobbies. I genuinely enjoy hearing from people and hate moderating or killing comments. Forthright disagreement is fine as long as it is civil.
My thanks,
Richard

This confuses the hell out of me. How do you baptize someone who is dead? That makes about as much sense to me as, well, the Mormons.
