Wellness water

Miracle Cures, Health Quackery

Used to be a tiny niche market but now major corporations are tapping into the market for 'oxygenated' and 'clustered' water:

Wessely, a confirmed tap drinker whose field is the study of modern health fears, said oxygenated water "doesn't have any healing or medicinal properties. It's marketing pure and simple, and it's using pseudoscience."

But consumers are responding. Sales are soaring by more than 25 percent a year in North America, Western Europe and Japan, Zenith International, a British beverage consultant, said.

Water, bottled water everywhere

How do you feel?

Feel free to share your feelings about Wellness water. Please stick to the theme of the entry. Disagreement is fine. Homophobia, racism, and kindred expressions of hatred will be deleted. This site is one of my hobbies. I genuinely enjoy hearing from people and hate moderating or killing comments. Forthright disagreement is fine as long as it is civil.
My thanks,
Richard
