Perhaps you've never heard of Ruth E. Norman aka Uriel, co-founder of Unarius, who was chosen by the cosmic entity Uriel to help mankind enter the Interplanetary Confederation. Then you've been missing out. One trivial facet of her amazing life:
Perhaps most significant to 20th-century man is the true story of Uriel's incarnation as Mary of Bethany, the betrothed and 13th disciple of Jesus of Nazareth--a prior incarnation of Dr. Ernest L. Ruth Norman’s first great prophecy looked forward to a massed landing in 1974 of flying saucers from the Pleiades. At this time, emissaries of the Space Brothers would induct the people of Earth into “an alignment of 33 planets forming an Interplanetary Confederation for the spiritual renaissance of humankind”. She bought land near Jamul, California, to build ‘Star Center One’, a landing-site for the off-world visitors.

The year 2,000 CE:
Lani Calvert, a Lakeside resident who is a music therapist, moved to San Diego County from the Los Angeles area so she could be near the Unarius headquarters. She is convinced that scientific evidence backs the teachings of Unarius, although she said she's given up trying to convince her father, an aerospace engineer.
Calvert said her faith in Unarius teachings won't be shaken if the spaceship from Myton doesn't land on Earth next year.
"The science is there," she said. "I'm not going to throw that away because a spaceship doesn't land."
Unarius Students Still Await Spaceships
Space Princess Ruth Norman came back to mind this morning when I saw this note in the Dallas Morning News:Ruth Norman, 75, high priestess of the Universal Articulate Interdimensional Understanding of Science Foundation, prepared her 65-acre mountaintop property near San Diego for a summer convention of leaders from 32 other planets.
