Damn atheist spam

Richard Evans Lee

This morning's spam included one from an atheism forum.

This email ad is being sent in full compliance with U.S. Senate Bill 1618, Title #3, Section 301.

And it wanted Outlook to send back an automatic acknowledgement of the message's receipt. A common trick to verify that they have a working email address.

I don't appreciate spam from atheists anymore than I do from penis enlargers.

I checked and "Atheist World" does exist. Little content, some of it old stuff like Why I am not a Christian. A mostly empty forum. There are plenty of forums from those at Internet Infidel's About.com's Atheism/Agnosticism section to those recently launched on the Brights Movement's website. If someone wants to launch a new one they need more of a reason and planning than this spammer has.

Still I'd just as soon see an atheist spammer go to a Christian Hell.

Comments

Yeah, it's run by an incredibly obnoxious yo-yo who has been repeatedly banned on multiple forum sites, including iidb.org. He's a professional troll, I think. Not a nice person. Not just stupid, but deranged. There's a good bit of information on him here: http://nodeity.com/tulbure.html
I just suspected him of being a huckster. Seems like the kind of sad creep who will spend the rest of his life frustrated and floundering.

How do you feel?

Feel free to share your feelings about Damn atheist spam. Please stick to the theme of the entry. Disagreement is fine. Homophobia, racism, and kindred expressions of hatred will be deleted. This site is one of my hobbies. I genuinely enjoy hearing from people and hate moderating or killing comments. Forthright disagreement is fine as long as it is civil.
My thanks,
Richard
