Bio-tech corps need to blind consumers to evolution so that can exploit the genome. Best way to do that? Tell the sheep: "evolution of the genome didn't happen. It was all some magical god stuff. And we own it. And you." Many of the head honchos at these genomics firms are evangelical christians.
