Child Evangelism Fellowship

Miseducation

A federal judge yesterday denied a religious group's request to immediately be allowed to distribute fliers in two Montgomery County public schools. U.S. District Judge Peter J. Messitte determined that Child Evangelism Fellowship must wait until he rules on a lawsuit it has filed against the Montgomery school system.

wow, interesting site. On that Child Evangelism Fellowship deal, I had my sons in an afterschool club at an elementary school. They require parents to sign permission for the kids to attend. Usually that is what they distribute. Personally, I would rather have NO 'literature' sent home with my kids, they are there to be educated, I can muster the intellegence to look up "Karate" or "Pop Warner Football" if I am interested in getting my kids involved. The afterschool club is a good thing. If a parent will sign for their kid to attend, who else has any business with it? America has forgotten who is responsible for the kids.

How do you feel?

Feel free to share your feelings about Child Evangelism Fellowship. Please stick to the theme of the entry. Disagreement is fine. Homophobia, racism, and kindred expressions of hatred will be deleted. This site is one of my hobbies. I genuinely enjoy hearing from people and hate moderating or killing comments. Forthright disagreement is fine as long as it is civil.
My thanks,
Richard
