Many churches a acknowledging that the devout don't want to have to go to Xmas day services. Jesus Christ can never beat Santa Clause. Not to mention turkey, TV, sleeping in late and being bored to tears by relatives.

"Instead of creating an additional service for Christmas morning, we've used these resources to create a DVD, which we will distribute as a gift to everyone who attends our Christmas services," said Cally Parkinson, Willow Creek's communications director, on Monday. "It's designed to reinforce the theme of our Christmas services, and help the viewer process some of the spiritual questions that we hope will be on people's minds during the holiday season."
