Dominion of Heaven on Planet Earth and Living Your Sole Purpose were the snazzy names Howard Walsh and Lee Hope Thrasher used to bilk the pious but money hungry.

It involved the creation of fraudulent, non-profit-making, tax-exempt religious bodies and a non-existent bank.

Banks that don't exist simplifies things greatly.

Mr Welsh allegedly targeted fervent people, many of them groups of families, and tried to appeal to their faith, telling them that they should not fear that he would run off with their money. If they had faith, their deposits would triple, it was said.

They took one sucker for $8,000,000 alone.

Richard, Howard Welsh did scam a lot of people his whole life, including me. He has always had the power to get other peoples money and seemingly get away with it. I helped him with Living Your Sole Purpose and found out too late it was about money. I think a Corporation Sole in the right hands is a beautiful thing and people who have one can still do good things with it, if their intent is pure.

Richard I am saddened by Howard Welsh actions.I supported him and his cause for many years but was not aware of his scam. The last I heard from him when he needed funds to leave Africa and right after when he was wanted by the FBI. I learned a lesson and hope other people will too! by:CN

We think it is unfair and apalling to arrest them, extradite them and keep imprisoned for two years so far, based on the power of one angry heir. He and his family are responsible for the loss of everyones gifts and investments. Everyone else was patient awaiting the return of our share in this. Once the lawyers and government became interested, no one will see dollar one, no matter what is done to Howard or Lee Hope! Shame on us all for not preparing for a loss, now guaranteed. "An eye for and eye makes the whole world blind" Haven't we learned enough, the great technologies and econoimies, to end the strife planetwide? Laws are made (by lawyers)... to be broken. The prison industry is a growth sector. Who pays? You and I. Who benefits? Men in black robes and suits.
