An expected preliminary hearing for the latest member of "The Truth" to hit the local court system lasted only moments Friday, and Russell Gould is now at the Mendota Mental Health Institute.

Gould, 30, was one of three members of the strange group to be charged in Dane County with six counts of filing false legal documents against local officials and police, and when brought into court Friday he began to ramble in the bewildering language the group uses. ...

The language the group uses is incomprehensible to most. It includes spoken punctuation, overuses prepositions and has references to maritime law. Its founder, David Wynn Miller of Milwaukee, who also claims to be the King of Hawaii, says the language is based on mathematics. ...
