The local cemetary of Biritiba-Mirim, Brazil has all the corpses it can take. Mayor Roberto Pereira da Silva wants to make the act of dying a crime. Locals responded by joing gyms and going to the doctors.

He wants to bring in a law that would see relatives of people who die before their time face fines or even jail.
