Mormon family battle over consecrated land

A few extracts from a weird Mormon family war over property.

Enoch says another brother, Joseph, told him that he had revelatory dreams that people chased Enoch away so Joseph could live on his land and perhaps build a temple in preparation for the return of Jesus. Enoch interpreted that as a threat.

But Peter Gould said Joseph was simply warning Enoch that if he didn't change his ways, God would see to it that he lost everything. ...

Enoch Gould said the church has tried to take his family's land twice before - once in the 1930s, and again in 1986. According to the suit, Enoch's mother, Elizabeth Fox, was severely beaten by a Mormon neighbor after refusing to abandon her property.
