Katrina: Vengeance for Israel?

Absurd Inurbane Witless

More kooky Katrina theology:

At least one New Orleans-area resident believes God created the storm as punishment because of the recent role the United States played in expelling Jews from Gaza. On Sunday evening, Bridgett Magee of Slidell, La., told the Christian website Jerusalem Newswire that she saw the hurricane "as a direct 'coming back on us' [for] what we did to Israel: a home for a home."

Did God Send the Hurricane?

Comments

Listen, I'm not religious but aren't these zealots getting things wrong according to their own "teachings"? I though the "Imaginary Manager in the Sky" was supposed to let us humans fight freely to try and create Heaven on Earth? Only when It decides that enough is enough would divine intervention separate the wheat from the chaff? Did the Mysterious Mover set the alarm to the wrong time? Or is that the Jehovah's?

How do you feel?

Feel free to share your feelings about Katrina: Vengeance for Israel?. Please stick to the theme of the entry. Disagreement is fine. Homophobia, racism, and kindred expressions of hatred will be deleted. This site is one of my hobbies. I genuinely enjoy hearing from people and hate moderating or killing comments. Forthright disagreement is fine as long as it is civil.
