Mohamed Kamal Mustafa, an Egypitan-born imam living in Spain will have copies of his book Women in Islam confiscated. Mustafa's book had this instruction on beating your wife.

In the trial Mustafa argued that much of his advice was based on the Koran, the Muslim holy book.
