What prompted Miami Dolphins punter Matt Turk to strike a woman:

His green knit bracelet was engraved with the initials WWJD -- short for What Would Jesus Do?

Parsa said she was an atheist and asked whether Jesus would approve of Turk's ''being drunk'' on a Sunday.

Turk was acquitted by a Fort Lauderdale jury that may very well approve of beating up atheists. Turk says the experience has brought him yet closer to his Creator.
